How soon can I start?

We’re actively recruiting professional teachers. The time from your first interview with us to your first class is approximately 2-4 weeks.

Hiring Process:

I just submitted an application. When will I be contacted?

Due to the high number of applications that we receive each day, only short-listed applicants will receive an email within 1 week of sending their applications. If you do not hear from us after 10 days this means that you have unfortunately not been short-listed. This does not necessarily reflect a failure to meet our requirements.

How long after I receive a reply will I have an interview?

Video interviews are normally scheduled within 1-7 days depending on your availability and that of our hiring manager.

Will I need to do a demo lesson?

If you pass the initial interview phase our hiring manager will reach out to you and request that you give a demo lesson to one of our actual students. After that, you will receive full training where applicable and do a mock lesson. The final hiring decision will be based on your mock lesson which will also be used to market you to parents/clients.

I passed the mock. Now what?

Our management team will review your lesson and get back to you with a decision within 3-5 days. If you’re hired we’ll get you ready for your first lesson in about 1-2 weeks!

* Note: The time from hiring to your first lesson greatly depends on your availability and that of the students.
